It is with deep sorrow that family and friends announce the passing of Baila (nee Moller) Landman, a beloved daughter, devoted wife, and cherished young woman from Chicago, who tragically passed away in her 20s. (Lakewood Alerts)
Baila was the treasured daughter of R’ Avraham Shimon and Mrs. Devorah Moller of Chicago, where she was known for her warm spirit, infectious kindness, and deep devotion to her loved ones.
Having recently celebrated her marriage, Baila entered this new chapter of her life with hope and joy, surrounded by family and friends who adored her. Her sudden passing has left a profound void in the hearts of all who knew her. 
Baila’s life—though far too brief—was marked by her gentle nature, generosity of spirit, and bright presence. She will be remembered as a loving daughter, a loving wife, and a friend to many. Her memory will continue to live on through the countless lives she touched.
The funeral service (levaya) took place Thursday morning at Sons of Israel Holocaust Memorial Chapel in Lakewood, with interment (kevura) in Clifton, New Jersey, where she was laid to rest.
Baila is survived by her husband, her parents, extended family, and a grieving community of friends whose lives were made richer by her presence.
At this time, the family has shared only limited details regarding the circumstances of her passing. Out of respect for Baila and her family during this deeply painful time, we honor her memory with compassion and dignity.
